Returns

Accepted within 15 days of delivery.

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, with all labels attached.

Once the label is cut, the item becomes non-returnable.

Return shipping is paid by the customer.
Exchanges

Accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Exchange shipping is complimentary, Loire covers the cost.

If your requested size or item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.
Refunds

Processed within 14 business days after the returned item is inspected and approved.

Refunds exclude shipping fees unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect.
