RETURN, EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY

We want every client to feel complete satisfaction with their Loire piece.

If an adjustment is needed, our policy ensures a fair and respectful process.


Returns

  • Accepted within 15 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, with all labels attached.

  • Once the label is cut, the item becomes non-returnable.

  • Return shipping is paid by the customer.

 

Exchanges

  • Accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Exchange shipping is complimentary, Loire covers the cost.

  • If your requested size or item is unavailable, a refund will be issued instead.

 

Refunds

  • Processed within 14 business days after the returned item is inspected and approved.

  • Refunds exclude shipping fees unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect.
