We ship worldwide, operating through local partners in countries with active Loire storage facilities for faster service.

• EU orders: 3–5 business days

• International orders: 5–10 business days

• Complimentary worldwide shipping on orders over €100

Orders can be modified or canceled within 12 hours of placement.

If a cancellation request is made within this timeframe, the full amount will be refunded within 7 business days to the original payment method.

After 12 hours, orders are processed automatically and can no longer be canceled or modified.
